병역거부를 선언한 이후, 재판절차를 거쳐왔습니다.
2014년 5월 28일.
서울서부지방법원에서 열린 선고공판에서
병역법 위반혐의로 1년 6월의 징역형을 선고받고,
법정구속되었습니다.
Mr. Sungmin Kim, who wrote his opinion on objection of military service which became a base of this web comics project, have gone through court trials after declaration of conscientious objection to military service.
He had sentenced one and half year in prison for violating military service law. He have imprisoned since May 28th, 2014.
